Had the avocado coconut black sesame, signature jelly, mixed fruit cocktail and Viet coffee. Food came out pretty fast. The avocado coconut with black sesame was quite delicious and was thick and creamy. The mixed fruit cocktail was also quite delicious. The signature was nice, however that was not cendol (it had the texture of agar). Decent seating indoors and outdoors, I found the seating indoors a tad squash though. Customer service was great and efficient. If the cendol is fixed, I’ll give a 5.
Strong Vietnamese coffee $5 each. Well located. Very popular local spot with plenty of seating inside and out.

A popular cafe which is always filled with people and recommended by locals. Their signatures are some of the fruit smoothies, fruit desserts and their Vietnamese coffee. I personally found the coffee more acidic and the portion a little smaller than what I'm used to (even though I ordered a medium size). I have been told though, that the durian smoothie is delicious and most patrons like the coffee. Therr is plenty of seating inside and out, and service is friendly. A shame that sometimes the smoke gets blown inside. Overall not too bad for me, and have been here a few times over the years.
The food and service was alright but the atmosphere is disgusting. There r people smoking, littering all over and place and the floor was kinda sticky. If I could I would give the atmosphere 0 stars.
Queued up to get the pandan mung bean milk and waited at least 20 mins to get it. The warm drink was delicious, slightly sweet with the earthy flavour of mung bean and floral notes of pandan.

It's usually quite busy but take-away does just the job! They also have a large selection of drinks so it's a great place if you want to chill 😎. …
